Burghley went very well with three horses competing – 5yos -SJL Convince Me owned by Sara Lucas, my own Rich Mistique K, and 4yo Lupicorde owned by Myself and Sue Brankin Frisby. Following a good preparation SJL Convince Me went brilliantly, just slightly unsettled in the dressage by a loud cheer from the crowd when another horse finished its jumping…. ! She jumped very well however and her Cross Country was faultless considering she hasn’t been out Eventing yet. Rich Mistique K did an obedient test, and just rolled two green poles in the SJ, but great XC. Lupicorde also went very well. All horses finished just outside the top 10 placings but it was a great experience for them all in the big Burghley atmosphere.
